- 2 弊社はかねてより「電気の必要なところに 電気を届ける」ことをビジョンに掲げておりますので、電力事情に恵まれない地域での実績作りは悲願でありました。アフリカはまさにその実現のための有望な地域であり、アフリカ人留学生はその橋渡しと成就に大きな役割を果たしてくれるものと期待しています。
- 3 現在ジンバブエでの第一号案件を精力的に進めており、正社員として採用した元留学生が活躍してくれています。
- 4 The Yomiuri Shimbun, published on January 27, 2020, reported that President Suzuki participated as a panelist in the “Attractiveness of African Students, African Business Seminar in Nagoya” (Held on December 19, 2019 by MOFF, JETRO, JICA, UNDP in cooperation with UNIDO) regarding the hiring and utilization of full-time employees by African students.You can see a panel discussion between Japanese companies employing an African student and African students. We can see the African students’ challenges of working in a foreign country and the expectations of Japanese companies.
- 5 Our company’s vision has long been to “deliver electricity where it’s needed” It is, therefore, our earnest wish to achieve results in regions with poor power supply. Africa is indeed a promising region to achieve this, and we expect African students to play a major role in bridging and achieving this.
- 6 Currently, we are vigorously promoting our first project in Zimbabwe, and a former foreign student we hired as a full-time employee is playing an active role.
