FD Corporation attended a seminar organized by Ministry of Foreign Affairs, JICA, JETRO and UNDP Supporter: UNIDO.
The outstanding event highlighted the potential of African Students and how they can contribute to the continuous growth of Public and Private Enterprises in not only Japan but also to the development of Africa through mutual cooperation.
In a Panel Discussion, Mr. SUZUKI Masashi, President of FD Corporation brought to light how his company has embraced the inclusion of the ABE Internship Program to further expand collaboration and business to Africa.
Since 2018, his company has accepted 10 ABE initiative participants from 9 African countries.
Out of these 10, Mr. Mamadou Lamine Diouf (Electrical Engineer) originally from Senegal was retained as a permanent employee under the Business Strategy Department since November, 2018 till date.
The Vision of the President of FD Corporation is to deliver electricity in places where it is needed and to help create a future where everyone has sustainable clean energy that is safe and reliable.
In his speech at the seminar, Mr. SUZUKI noted that “nationality doesn’t matter, I am comfortable and more confident working with people from various backgrounds.
